I have spent my entire life living near or on rivers, lakes, and oceans.
There’s a different mindset to living near water. My childhood was spent on the white sandy beaches of Lake Michigan at my grandparents home. Growing up, my family owned on an island in Canada for 20 years. I moved to Manhattan and then the waterfront in Boston. Now I live on a lake in New Hampshire.
My business has primarily focused on waterfront properties from the Lakes Region to the Seacoast, though a good portion of my business is marketing and finding every other type of property for buyers and sellers.
